Condolence: Rebecca and I were both students of Margaret Wood and colleagues in NBYO. Though we lost touch as time passed, I'll always remember her mischevious smile as she tuned the orchestra, great sense of humor and beautiful tone when she performed Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto with us. Her talent was sublime and something to which we all aspired. My deepest condolences for your loss.

Condolence: Kevin: Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. While I never met Rebecca, I felt I knew her as you often spoke so highly and proudly of her. In thinking about your loss, I would like to leave you with the oft quoted words of the poet Ellen Brenneman, “We can’t know why the lily has so brief a time to bloom in the warmth of sunlight’s kiss upon its face before it folds into its fragrance and bids the world good night to rest its beauty in a gentler place. But we can know that nothing that is loved is ever lost and no one who has touched a heart can really pass away because some beauty lingers on in each memory of which they’ve been a part.”

Condolence: Rebecca was my very first violin teacher. She introduced me to the wonderful world of music and inspired me to continue this passion still to this day. Rebecca made every lesson filled with fun and humour, and had such a kind heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. She will missed by the many hearts she has touched, including mine.
